REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not available for services already provided as the results may vary for each individual. While we strive to provide thorough consultations and realistic treatment plans, we cannot guarantee results.
For product purchases, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a documented adverse reaction to a product, it may be eligible for return within 14 days for in-office credit. Defective products, such as those with a broken pump, can be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY
In order to best serve all of our clients, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice should the need arise to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to make necessary scheduling adjustments.
In the event that you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $100 cancellation fee may be charged to cover the impact on scheduling.
At The Young Experiment, we recognize that life can be unpredictable, and things can change abruptly. To help you avoid a cancellation fee, we will send you a text message and an email confirming your appointment two days in advance.
CONFIDENTIALITY
At The Young Experiment, your business is your business. Any personal information, health details, treatment preferences, or things you whisper to us in the treatment chair—stays with us.
We treat every conversation and disclosure like classified intel: secure, private, and never up for grabs.

BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

Bookings: All bookings must be made in our online booking system, Setmore (https://theyoungexperiment.setmore.com). If you don't receive an email or text message confirmation upon scheduling, you should not assume your appointment is confirmed. Contact us if you have any questions at (971) 600-8736.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, and you will be responsible for the full price of your treatment. We run on precision. Please be on time.
Eligibility: Clients must be 18 or over for all services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You must complete any required consent forms prior to your appointment.
Medical History: You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities before or at the time of treatment. Some conditions and/or medications that seem unrelated may affect your treatment. We’re here to help—but only if we have the full picture.
Results + Expectations: We use medical-grade tech and evidence-based protocols, but results vary by individual. No treatment is guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.
Pricing: Our pricing is publicly listed and applies equally to everyone—no secret deals, no sliding scale, and no "friend rates." Every service is priced with intention, reflecting the tech, time, and clinical precision behind it. Want to save? Use our Ambassador Program, Referral Network, Lab Credit Sales, or Flash Sales—all openly promoted and accessible. Please don’t haggle. We’re not Craigslist—we’re a skin lab.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful, unsafe, or noncompliant behavior. Our practice is a safe space, and we are rigid about keeping it that way.
